About Us

We are a progression-focused raiding guild and as such we expect a high level of performance from our raiders. If you are on our raid team you are expected to have the best possible gear available to you and have a thorough understanding of all encounters we may be attempting on the night. You must be ready and on time for raids and maintain an extremely high rate of attendance.

You are expected to know your class and spec inside out. Whenever a new patch is announced it is your job to research any changes to your class including itemisation, spell/talent changes, etc. and make any changes as required. This is required of all our full-time raiders and if you are unwilling or unable to research your role adequately then you should step down to a reserve position.

We also expect our team to have solid raid awareness skills. You need to be able to pay attention, listen to instructions and talk on Teamspeak 3 (If you are able to) when required. You must be able to move quickly and not stand in the fire or other equivalent nastiness. You must be able to take constructive criticism, own up to any mistakes and learn from them so that they are not repeated.

We expect our raiders to take everything above seriously. If you are a part of the raid team you must be willing to put in the effort required to clear through all raid content including heroic modes and achievements. We expect the absolute best from our raid team.

As a raider you should have a team attitude and be willing to put the guilds needs before your own. If an encounter requires you to change your talents, or sit out so that we can bring someone else in, you are expected to oblige without complaint.

About Raiding

Our goal is to raid two nights a week in the 10 man raiding content. We want players expecting to kick ass and we don't want to carry anybody along for the ride. We all pull our own weight around here to become one of the top 10 man teams on the server.

What We Are Looking For

You are over the age of 18 and are mature, team oriented, geared and well versed at your class. You show up to raids on time and are prepared with flasks, food, glyphs etc. You study the fights ahead of time and do not depend on the raid leader to teach you. You are able to take constructive criticism and learn by it. You are one that exhibits patience for progression as progression is not all about one shots.
